On the morning of March 30, the Municipal Culture, Broadcasting and New Bureau held a research seminar on the construction of the talent team of the lantern cultural industry.A total of 21 people attended this symposium,such as Chen Jinhong, the Executive Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee,Li Bao, the Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security,Staff of relevant departments of the Municipal Talent Office,Chen Gang, Director of the Municipal Culture, Broadcasting and New Bureau,And Zheng qiong,the Secretary of the Party Committee.The meeting was chaired by Che Zhengqiong.

At the meeting, the heads of various lantern enterprises made exchange speeches on the status of talents, introduction, training and demand based on the actual situation of their own units.The project office of the bureau made a specific analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the talents in Zigong lantern industry, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions from the perspective of industry development and talent training.Li Bao,the Deputy Director of Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security introduced the policies and work done by the in terms of talent introduction and training and talent evaluation mechanism, and put forward constructive opinions on the construction of talent team of lantern enterprises.Chen Gang, Director of Municipal Culture, Broadcasting and New Bureau expressed his views on the construction of the talent team of the lantern industry:1.We must do a plan for talent introduction and training as an important part of the industrial development plan;2.We must establish a reward and support mechanism for the development and promotion of cultural and creative products;3.We must increase personnel training and search for school-enterprise, government-enterprise cooperation models;4.The government and relevant departments and enterprises must strengthen overall coordination and build a smooth talent flow channel.Finally,Chen Jinhong the Executive Vice Minister delivered an important speech.He first affirmed the great efforts made by various units and enterprises in the development of Zigong lantern industry and the construction of talent teams.Then he attached great importance to the questions and suggestions raised by everyone, and asked the Municipal Culture, Broadcasting and New Bureau to sort them out one by one, and submit them to the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to study, and to serve the development of Zigong lantern industry and the construction of the talent team.
