On August 24th, the Zigong Lantern Industry Chamber of Commerce's work meeting for the first half of 2018 was successfully held. Xu Minggang, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, relevant leaders of the Municipal Banking Regulatory Bureau, Municipal Taxation Bureau, Municipal Financial Bureau, Municipal Construction Bank and 41 member units ,a total of more than 70 representatives attended this meeting. Chen Jun, the general manager of our company, was invited to attend this meeting.
The meeting summarized the work of the first half of 2018, discussed the work suggestions for the second half of 2018, conveyed and implemented the document [2018] No. 30 of the general office of the Central Committee and the State Council and the conference spirit of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government on "strengthening the lantern industry and promoting culture to go global".Relevant documents and articles of association of the chamber of commerce were also discussed at the meeting. The meeting also explained the relevant knowledge of Taxation and finance, and relevant units recommended some financial businesses.Leaders of the Municipal Federation of industry and commerce, the Municipal Taxation Bureau and the municipal finance bureau attended the meeting, and relevant principals of Tianfu (Sichuan) joint equity trading center and CCB Zigong sub branch were specially invited to attend the meeting and explain relevant businesses.
At the meeting, Zhong Dongquan, the president of the Chamber of Commerce, gave a speech entitled "Concentrate on Strength and Promote the High-quality Development of the Lantern Industry".In his speech, he focused on summarizing the work of the chamber of Commerce in the first half of the year and put forward suggestions for the work in the second half of the year.When summarizing the work, Chairman Zhong emphasized that in the first half of the year, the Chamber of Commerce held high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, deeply understood the characteristics of Chinese culture in the new era, and strengthened cultural confidence to promote the transformation and upgrading of the lantern industry with high-quality development.The first is to work hard to do a good job in team building and form a leadership team with strong political quality, responsibility and responsibility. The second is to strengthen the unity of member enterprises, carry out ideal education, and strengthen party building. The third is to give full play to the service functions of the Chamber of Commerce to promote the development of the enterprise.When talking about the work in the second half of the year, Chairman Zhong emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce must work hard and eliminate interference, and move forward. It is necessary to reflect the demands of member companies and do practical things for everyone; safeguard the rights and interests of members and carry out legal services; strengthen industry self-discipline, standardize industry operation behavior; innovate industry development models, and cultivate leading enterprises of lanterns.Chairman Zhong requested that the Chamber of Commerce uphold an open and enlightened attitude, calling on member companies to develop together and achieve co-construction, co-creation, sharing, and win-win.
Wang Bo, chairman of the board of supervisors of the chamber of Commerce, conveyed the spirit of the Symposium on "strengthening the lantern industry and promoting culture to go global" held by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government in the small conference hall of the municipal Party Committee on July 5.
Xu Minggang, vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, conveyed and implemented the notice of the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee [2018] No. 30 "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Chambers of Commerce under the General Office of the Communist Party of China" and the General Office of the State Council.Vice Chairman Xu Minggang pointed out that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the reform and development of the chambers of commerce affiliated to the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and specially issued documents to clarify the main content of the overall requirements, reform tasks, organization and implementation, etc.The document clearly states: "Actively support the chamber of commerce in undertaking government transfers, participating in government purchases of services, and entering public service industries and fields in accordance with the law." In the afternoon, members of the Chamber of Commerce had a serious discussion on the work recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce in the second half of the year. The Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce Party Committee Su Bengang made arrangements and plans for the party building work. The work situation and the change of term were briefed at the meeting.
In the past year, a total of 18 companies have joined the association, which has strengthened the strength of the Lantern Chamber of Commerce. It is estimated that the output value of the member companies of the Chamber of Commerce accounted for about 70% of the output value of the entire industry, which has strengthened our cohesion and confidence in development.The Chamber of Commerce is determined to unite, work hard, and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of the Zigong lantern industry under the care and support of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and under the direct leadership of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce.
